Tell me which rides are the ones that are most prone to motion sickness.. I am not too familiar with Universal's rides. I plan on taking some Bonine to help, but who knows. I've never used it before for rides. Have used for a cruise.

Forbidden Journey is probably the worst. Simpsons can be bad too.

I particularly find that when a ride is warm inside the building, I have a much higher rate of motion sickness...I have found the Simpsons to be the biggest culprit about getting too warm in the building. We used to arrive in Orlando (after a long drive), check in at the resort and head straight to the park...and many times ended up feeling queezy for a good part of the day. Now, we arrive a day earlier, stay off site, spend a day getting acclimated, check in to the resort the next day and have at...have felt much better doing this.

Simpsons and FJ in that order for me.

Simpsons I will never ride again

Forbidden Journey...I was very nauseous when we rode this in November, we are going back in a week and I will not be riding Forbidden Journey!!

Simpsons did me in. I'll never ride that one again. Forbidden Journey was a close second.

Simpsons and Minions. I had to close my eyes a few times on FJ but it's such a cool ride!
Dh has no plans to ever ride FJ again but he was totally fine on everything else.

Bonine works wonders for me on the rides. I cannot ride FJ without it.

Check out this simulation of the way FJ works (I don't know for certain but I believe I've posted this before and other people have confirmed it's accurate):

The maneuver starting at about 1:02 is why I won't be riding FJ--I have the kind of vertigo caused by loose particles in your ear canal, and I don't feel like getting them all shaken up. :)

Based on anecdotal reports, also won't be riding Simpsons. I'm going in about ten days and taking bonine, will report back. :)
