My husband and I are going on a cruise in September and he really wants to do either the Catameran sail and reef snorkeling or the caribbean queen snorkel tour.

Can anyone please tell me what the differences are between the two and if you have done either one your personal experiences. This is our first cruise and its a honeymoon/1 year anniversary trip and I want everything to be special so any infomation you can give me would be greatly appricated.

thank you

Hi Kristan,

We did the Caribbean Queen on our last cruise. It was great. The ride out was great and the snorkeling was awesome. We were close enough to a reef that we saw some of that sea life. They gave us some fish food to put in the water and that brought in a bunch of fish.

Also there were people in the water making sure everyone was safe and behaving. I think we had about an hour, maybe a little more in the water. We were there in Feb. so this was enough. The water was warm but by the end of an hour you could start to feel the coolness.

Whichever you do make sure you take along at least one of those disposal waterproof cameras. Took some neat photos.
