What are the deposit requirements using an AP?

Like, cancellation cut off, how much deposit required, etc...

I made a reservation 8/28 and have to give a deposit of 1st night's rate by 9/11. I forget what the cancellation window is.
 
The deposit, cancellation, etc. is the same regardless of what rate you get. The difference is whether or not you booked via CRO or WDWTC. CRO has much more favorable policies when it comes to room-only reservations.
 
I thought I read somewhere that WDW travel and CRO were merging into one. Is that true? If not, what is the best number to call for CRO?
 

The only number you can call to reach CRO is 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639). It will ask you to enter the number of nights you'll be staying. People (including myself) have been getting CRO by entering that they'll be staying 2 nights.

If you still end up with the travel company, ask to book a room only reservation with no extras, 1 night's deposit, balance paid at check-in, and a 6 day cancellation policy. The WDTC (I think) are being trained to book room-only reservation with the favorable CRO policies.
