BCV maintenance fese are $4.27 for 2005.

Anyone know why Beach Club dues would be lower than Boardwalk and VWL? (Could it be the threadbare room conditions? )

Nah... it's because all of the surly CMs are employed at BCVs, so we don't have to pay them as much .
