What are the blackout dates for 2006

I'm looking to book my return trip. My son has a power pass. Easter next year is April 16th. Does anyone know when the power pass blackout dates would be. I was thinking of visitting 4/8 through 4/17. With a couple of days at Disney, and maybe a visit to Seaworld. Does Universal usualy black out dates before Easter?

How are the crowds the week before Easter?
