Referrals- what are they?

When I look at a user profile it has a line that says referrals, but when I go to edit my profile there is not an option for referrals.

What are referrals?

Do I want one are they like references?

Or is a referral like being sent to the principals office?

Three referals and you are out?

Can I give a referral?

Just wondering.

I noticed your new title. I have a frangipani that's about 25 years old. It's not doing well right now. I think I let it get too cold over the winter.

I would lov.e to have a frangipani tree - maybe I could do a Frangipani Bonsai!! I do not think they would survive a winter outside in New England

That is soo sad about your tree, frangipanis are one of my all time favorite flower smell.
