What Are My Odds for A Space 220 ADR?

Hi Disfriends!

I recently booked a quick trip to WDW August 11-15 with DS (22) and DS (20). The guys love Space 220, but since I just booked the trip and I am under the 60 day ADR window, I have been unable to snag a Space 220 ADR. I have been checking every so often, with no luck.

It's not a dealbreaker. We've been before. But, I'm just wondering if my odds of getting an ADR might increase even right before we arrive or even while we're there? I know that no one has a crystal ball, but I'm wondering if anyone has had good luck snagging Space 220 at the 11th hour before or during a trip?

Yes. I booked Space 220 lounge yesterday, for a visit on July 22. There were two spots available that day. I didn’t check for the restaurant side since I prefer lounge but I have seen the occasional restaurant opening pop up too.

I can't tell from your post which days you're going to be in in WDW. Is it the 5-11th or 11-15th? I have one available to cancel and coordinate on August 12th if it's the latter.

We managed to get an ADR 2days before we ate there in 2022. We had forgot to book on the day we were visiting prior to leaving for WDW. 2day's before we visited Epcot we managed to get a table for 2 at around 5:30pm. I'm not saying you will be able to that, but it's definitely worth a try as reservations get cancelled daily.

For some reason every time I get an ADR for this restaurant it's for 220pm. Coincidence?

We'll be there in September. I checked and there are NO lounge ADRs for 2 people for the ENTIRE MONTH! But when I check for 4 guests on the restaurant side, LOTS of times show up.

Having visited the lounge once before, I'm not surprised. We thought the panoramic view from the lounge (farther back from the view-screens) was better and enjoyed experiencing Space 220 by ordering a few drinks and apps vs. spending a fortune on dinner.

If you're trying for a meal on the restaurant side, keep stalking. Something may turn up.
