What are my chances

I am purchasing additional points, but won't close until the end of July. What are my chances to get a Studio at any of the DVC resorts at WDW during the first two weeks of December either now or on a waiting list??

You do have a long time for the waitlist to come through, but this is about the toughest time to get and studios go first, you will have your best shot at OKW.

I would give you better than a fifty-fifty chance at OKW, way better if it wasn't a studio.

If you are doing an add-on with Disney, once they have your deposit, you will be able to make a ressie with those add-on points. You do not have to wait until closing. Early Dec is a peak time for DVCers, but you should find something somewhere if you are flexible on the dates. Good luck.

If you are flexible with the resort and the dates you have a pretty good chance but make the reservation asap and if nothing is available get on all the wait lists--many times the wait lists come through. Good luck!
