Will be arriving at CSR in one week. All ADRs are booked.
I have been trying for the last month to snag a lunch ressie at BOG.....no luck.
Do you think we (party of five) will get lucky in the next few days???
What has been your experience to get this hard to get ressie???

I haven't tried to get a ressie last minute, but wanted to let you know that I've had luck in general when making ADR's at BOG for lunch if I split our party into two. We have 6 people usually and I have been able to get one ressie for 4 and one for 2 for the same time. I use my MDE and hubby's MDE accounts.
Good luck and definitely keep checking as people will be dumping ADRs that are not needed a day before so they don't get charged.

I saw a BOG ADR on the app when I was browsing it last week for a dinner reservation that night. It was for about an hour from that time. Depending on your flexibility, you could be lucky.

Sign up for the ADR finder with Touring Plans. I think you have a decent chance. People will be cancelling as it gets closer and they firm up their plans.

People will post ADRs they are planning on canceling. If you see one you want you can private message the person who posted it and coordinate a swap. FYI, read the first post of that thread for correct procedure.

How does the swapping work?

You would coordinate (via private message) a time that person will cancel their reservation. At the same time they are canceling, you would be logged into MDE or Disney website and book the newly available reservation. Just remember when coordinating a time to make sure you know what time zone they are in.

We are going to Disney in 11 days and I was able to get a lunch BOG ressie on Thursday. Just keep checking.

I got a same day dinner ADR once (I made the ADR around 4pm for a 6:30 dinner).

I would definitely check a lot the day/night before, that's the last chance for people to cancel without penalty.

People drop reservations last minute. We saw a number of BOG breakfasts (including PPO), lunches, & even dinner spots open up, in the week leading up to our trip but especially the day before. Keep on checking and good luck!

It's definitely possible. I'm 18 days out though and have been searching all day long for weeks and so far haven't been able to snag a BoG or a CP which is my second choice. It was easier my last few trips, but I do know last minute cancellations happen. I'm anxious though about not having an ADR in time to include in the dietary requests I need to send in 2 weeks out.

Also, it's much easier to get a reservation for four than five. Book for four, and then book one separately. Or do two and three. Whatever combo works. Even if you only have a reservation for four, they'll let you in with five in almost all cases.
