Also, I know this has been discussed many times before but my search function doesn't work:
Which goes first, B/P or Std. rooms?
What is the difference between preferred and standard?

Standard view goes first. Chance is very slim.

Boardwalk view goes next (and almost as fast). Chance is very slim.

Preferred view - which are views of the pool or the canal between the BW and the Swan/Dolphin (for the most part), are "preferred" by almost no one and go last, they are also 60% of the resort. Chances for November if you call almost immediately when the window opens are not bad, and quickly become very slim.

How about OKW for those dates? BWV is our first choice but we also like OKW.

I'd say you have a good chance at OKW since that is the week before Thanksgiving and might be after Jersey Week and Super Soap Weekend.

Yes. Hard to get. But if you call exactly at 7 months out, day by day. You might get an OKW GV. Since they are the lowest points GV, everyone who doesn't own at OKW wants to try at 7 months. SSR would probably be easier, but they require more points.

Thanks, maybe it would be just easier to just trade a AK Grande Villa x number of days for the Grande Villa at OKW for the time I want.
