at California Grill or CRT? They are of course booked and I have been calling weekly, but I am starting to give up.

Vacation packages booked with travel agents need to be paid off 45 days in advance. If you decide to cancel, most places will refund 100% of deposit if cancelled outside of 45 days.

I personally know someone who probably will not go, but is holding onto the ressie (for resort, not dining) just in case. I would keep trying, especially inside the 45 day window. Some may cancel.

Also, at CRT, you can cancel up to 48 hours before you are charged. Try calling while you are there too. Just in case, have a back up.

Good Luck!

Also good to know that DVC reservations beginning incurring penalties when cancelled within 30 days of a stay. That is another point when ADR cancellations will increase.

So really the closer you get, the better your chances are of getting that cancelled ADR to work for you. ;)

I would keep calling right up to and including the day you want to go, as people cancel all the time and you never know when something might become available :goodvibes. Good luck :wizard:.
