This is my first post. Hope that it's not in the wrong place

Reading and lurking on the board. I found "Magical Wishes Features", that you can add to the FTP ? What are they exactly ?

I was wondering that too. I keep getting e-mail about the Fairy Tale Package but can't find what these extras are.

Wishes is an add-on package that give each guest two wishes per day. These wishes can be exchnaged for just about anything, from character meals to spa services to rounds of golf to merchandise...just about anything. You can read more about it on the disneyworld.com site under packages. Sounds like it could be a good deal.

I have no clue but I am going to move this to Theme Parks where you should get more answers

There are a couple of websites out there with a list of what they include. I'm sure they would be on the official disneyworld.com site and I have looked at it on mousesavers as well.

I believe its $68 per adult per day, and a little cheaper for the kids. You may want to look long and hard before you do this though, do the math and see if it works for you.

We had a simmilar deal in '96 on our honeymoon, and it was nice. We used them almost strictly for meals. It was nice, tax and tip along with more food that anyone should eat (1-salad 1- appetizer 1- meal w/side 1 desert 1 n/a drink and 1 after meal drink PER PERSON) It was fun not to worry about the money. Eat like a king then give them a coupon and you're done. We would usually tip a little extra too. It was included in a package which we received at a very good rate (years later we learned that it was a little too good of a rate and our agent aparently nearly went to jail... but thats a story for another day.) ...OK back to my point....

Assuming 2 adults it would be 136 dollars / day. And assuming you were to use them for meals that would be $68 for 2 people to eat with tax and tip(not to hard to do at WDW) BUT to do it for 2 meals a day for 7 strait days would be tough. Especially if you do breakfast as one of your meals. Even a character breakfast would only run you about $45 at the most. Meaning you would have to run up a tab of about $91 on dinner to "break even" for that day.

I'm not sure what else they can be used for and what those items are worth, but do a little research before you upgrade.

This is just one man's opinon, but I would recommend skipping the package, then commit yourself to spending the amount you saved at WDW. Chances are you'll have a lot more to show for the same amout of money.

Look in to it, and keep us posted.

Oh, and welcome aboard!
