What are is the age cut-off for Disney per person cost ($125/per person)

We are planning a wedding for February 2012 at Disney. We are having the ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion and reception at the Napa Room of the California Grill. We have kids attending ranging in age from 3 years to 17 years old. What is the age cutoff for the Disney minimum spending amount per person of $125.00? Does anyone know from experience? Thanks!

The cutoff is age 21 because the minimum includes alcoholic beverages, which kids can't drink. You still have to pay for under-21-year-olds' food, you just don't have to worry about it adding up to $125 apiece.
