Saw some people talking about them in another thread and the search option doesnt work.. So could someone give some details about them? What are they, where do you get them from, do you pay for them ,... ? Thanks

These are small cards which give you an allocated time to go on some of the rides They are free and can be got by putting your park entry card in the fast pass machine next to the ride of your choice. They will come marked with a time and you then come back to the ride at the time ( or later) and go to the fast pass entry door and they will let you on the ride quicker without standing in all the queue. They are used on the high demand rides.
I hope that helps but please ask again if it not clear.

They are indespensable little objects obtained by insertingyour park ticket into the machines adjacent to the rides.

wow, that sounds great. Am I allowed to choose the time for the ride? Does it work the same for any pass; 1day, or 2 day,.. ? Can I get more than one pass for the same ride using the same entry card (for different times or even for the same time)?
wow.. I have a brainstorm here full of questions.. Our son is 5, and I dont know if he can go all by himself on the rides. In case an adult is required, then I have to consider two passes at the same time.. What rides require a companion adult? Buzz and Pirates sound like must.. what is BTM by the way; saw it somewhere else ..
I know these are too many questions; but any advice on all or on part will be appreciated. Thanks

You can get a FastPass for the next available time slot. You can only hold one FastPass at a time.

To me honest, I wouldn't bother getting a fast past since it often happens that the fast past queues are longer than the normal ones. This has happend a lot to me

lol I remeber when we used a fast pass and we ended up at the end of the normal queue as there was hardly any queues. it was our hotel fast pass as well so it was wasted.

Always worth getting fastpasses anyway then at least you have the option!

True, but I wonder how workers manage such a heavy workload! If you have two lines queuing, would you take give half the seats for the first line, and the other half for the other line? It seems like it, as the other posters found that normal queues were better than fast pass queues. Thanks all for the responses.

I think that would be dependent on the time of year & how busy the park is, I've always found the Fastpass exceptional for BTM and I would imagine the same will be true for Buzz. I always pick them up for Peter Pan because there is no way I'd queue for more than 10/15 mins to ride it. Other than that we've never found a need for them, probably because we've never been in high season. :)

we always use fast passes for peter pan, the queues are always long even if we go when the rest of the park is quiet.
