What are Disney Dream Reward Dollars?

I saw the post for the offer by signing up for the CC. I thought they gave you 50 Disney Dollars, the money to spend at the parks. I don;t think I am correct. So how can 50 DDD be used?

You can use DDD for the same stuff as DD but it comes like a credit/debit card and it is reloadable.
You can use it at WDW resorts at gift shops, restaurants, hotel desk for lodging and park passes...
Also you can use at TDS or TDS.com

They can also be used to pay the annual maintenance fees @ DVC.
