I am interested in all resorts (it's so hard to choose!) and was wondering what AP rates y'all have gotten.

Thanks!

We got the super sunday rate (AP holders only) of $59.00 for Sunday, $79.00 mon-thur. This was the 3rd week of March 2004! That being said, I liked the hotel alright, but it was still a long walk to DL!! If I didn't get a really good rate I would pick an offsite hotel across from the parks on Harbor!:earsgirl:

WOW! That would be wonderful! Thanks for the info. Say, do you remember how far in advance you booked that? I can't wait!!! :hyper:

I stayed at GC Late June in 03 and with my AP it was $159/night

I'll be going twice in the next year and because of the 50th celebration coming up pretty soon I'm quite interested in getting a low rate, too but I don't believe low rates are going to be widely available. If low rates are available at all, I think it will be with shorter notice. Because I'm a planner I don't like waiting to the last minute to do arrangements. Also, if good rates are available at all, I believe there will not be a lot of rooms available on the low end resort, Paradise Pier. There is a limit of rooms available at an AP discount rate at any of the Disney resorts.

Paradise Pier which was the bargain resort has been through recent renovations; so, prices have increased dramatically there.

I hope for all of us I'm wrong but with this being the year to shine because of the 50th celebration coming up I don't believe there will be a bargain around on any of the resorts. Disney has big plans to do a new parade, new fireworks and a long refurbished list of attractions and pavillons over the next six months. There's a new ride coming to Disneyland, too. Anyway, with DL and CA looking it's best the cost for all of this has to be in park tickets going up in price and Disney resorts going up in price.

Keep in mind, many visitors who have been loyal WDW fans are planning trips to DL over the next two years; so, the parks will have increased attendance which is going to drive all prices up.

Now, you will still get a better rate with AP then not; so, it's still a benefit to have it but don't be suprise if there are no $59/$79 rates.

Lately, I haven't heard of any good rates because I do check once in a while with Disney. We are retired and I can come and go easily; so, if there's a low rate we're off and running and we haven't had any luck over the last two months.

Please, if anyone out there hears of a good deal let us all know. Thanks in advance.

I am going to DL 25-27 of July. I was able to get $129 for Disneyland Hotel with my AP. I also went in March and stayed at the Grand for $139. I had friend stay at Disneyland Hotel for $99 at that time. It all depends on the time of year. You will always get 10% off with your AP, if they are not having specials. I hope this helps!
