What and where is Panoramique?

I saw this mentioned in a post the other day. I have searched my Brit Guide and can't find anything on it. Can someone tell me what it is please (and when it is open).

It's newer than the current version of The Brit's Guide so won't be mentioned until the new version is out in late March.

It's a huge hot air balloon that you can go on and see the resort from up high. It ascends from Lake Disney.

Having went on this for the first time last summer, it has become our must do attraction now for visits

Which end of Lake Disney is it on? I think we might give this a try

It's at the New York hotel end. When we were there (jan 06) we only saw it go up once and even then we could only see 1 person on board. Seemed perfect conditions so not sure what determines when it goes up.
