What am I missing? Need lunch suggestion.

I am having trouble choosing a restaurant for lunch on our last day at Disney. My son will be doing a pirate adventure cruise at the Grand Floridian, which will end at 11:30, then we are going to have lunch, then hit one of the parks for several hours before we fly out. So here are the ADR's I have so far:

Breakfast:
Ohana
Boma
Kona

Lunch:
SciFi
Teppan Edo
Mama Melrose
Crystal Palace

Dinner:
Hoop de Doo
Marrakesh
Whispering Canyon

Is there any restaurant that I need to try for lunch that I have missed? Help!!!

If you wanted someplace close by, you could try Grand Floridian Cafe, or jump on the monorail over to the Contemporary and try The Wave.

OUr last day we had a late lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. Service was really good and it was REAL food with no interruptions. I enjoyed it.

Prime Time @ HS is good food ad great fun

I'd probably choose a restaurant at whatever park you're planning to go to for the rest of the day. (Although eating somewhere on the monorail would also be quite convenient.) It appears that you like TS, so at DHS, I'd vote for Prime Time. At Epcot, maybe Biergarten because of the entertainment. I've never had TS at MK or AK, so I can't recommend for those.
