What am I doing wrong?

I've tried multiple times to search for a dining availability but I just get the "searching" box with the white mickey ears with the message of "don't click back or refresh" which never goes away.

My guess, you're using Firefox 5.x.

There's a known issue right now with the reservations site and Firefox 5, it's suggest to either downgrade Firefox (which can be a hassle) or simply use MSIE (yeah, I know ). Chrome has worked for some, but not others.

you'd think maybe tech support could have told me that when I specifically asked if it was a ff issue and if I should try a different browser ... grrr!

As long as they told you to "turn it off and back on again" they're doing their job!

Totally agree that they should have told you to check a different browser, pretty much as one of the first things. It "fixes" (not really fixes, but we won't get into that) several issues with caching, cookies, and the like and typically can be used to identify potential coding issues (which may be the root cause of this issue, or it could be an engine thing).

I've noticed, for me anyway, the various browser issues really do muddy up the Disney websites...I have had the best luck with a stinkin' IPAD!

I'm so glad I found this thread. I have been having the same trouble all day and haven't been able to make a reservation. Will use a different browser. THANKS y'all !!!

Same here with the firefox. I have had to check ressies with internet explorer.
