What am I doing wrong?

I changed my aol settings to "do not compress graphics" like it said in the "tips" post. And every time I try to save an image to my desktop or my pictures it won't read it. It says somthing about it being an unrecognized format or being corrupt. What can I do to get it to work? Anyone know what to do? Because I don't!!

Try opening the page outside AOL. Open a web browser with the AOL page minimized. Don't use the web browser that came with AOL, use the one that came with your computer. Keep clicking on the picture until it's in it's biggest form, then right click and select "save picture as". Make sure there is something in the format box.
