Yes...Dueling Dragons is an original attraction from 1999. The shops of WWoHP will be attractions too as well as the queue section of Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.
It seems to be two "revamped" roller coasters, and one new ride, plus a lot of shops and some eating places. From what I've read so far, only one new "attraction."

Yep,aside from the shops and restaurant there will only be one new attraction, the two coasters are just renamed and rethemed. If the new attraction "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" turns out to be an incredible groundbreaking thrilling attraction then I'll be very happy, eventually they'll add another major attraction to make the island feel more complete. If Forbidden Journey turns out to be a mediocre attraction the HP area at IOA will be a dud.I however think it'll be a great attraction, also IOA needed badly another indoor attraction,go on a day when it's raining and lightning,it pretty much feels like 80% of the park attractions are closed due to the weather,so this helps out the park overall.
I always thought there would be MORE than this. I guess it it still worth going to US again. We were there in Jan. 09. Well we stayed at OKW at WDW and went over two days to do the parks.
It was a smaller rollercoaster just to the left of Dueling Dragons...and yes, the old Dueling Dragons, now Dragon Challenge is open again, from what I've heard...though the entire queue is not yet open, you go through the exit to get on it for now.
I also think the shops will be mini-attractions in themselves, the Three Broomsticks, the Owlery, and Ollivander's wand shop where there's interactive things that happen.

The wand shop seems to be an attraction in itself, it may not be a thrill ride but expect queues for the chance to have a wand 'pick you'.
Hogsmeade will be the place to be to see the themeing of the new island.
