In one day you can do a lot, if you go in with a plan.
I just returned from a 1 day trip, with EMH, an ADR for lunch, no fastpasses. https://www.disboards.com/threads/just-back-12-13-april.3745023/

When are you going? We will have a day and a half there end of June. It is a first for us and we are so excited!
