what AK tour to take

need a little advice on what tour in AK to take back stage safari or wild by design will be there in Nov just trying to plan ahead. Also how to get to the park for the tour does Disny transportation run that early or do I need to call a cab, thanx for the help

Do the Backstage Tour! Any chance you can get backstage, take it! Because normally the common folk (us) aren't allowed backstage!

Actually, this is a pretty good tour; I took it 2 years ago and enjoyed it. Here is a link to information on Deb's site, as well as reviews from other people who took it.

We had no trouble using the WDW transportation to get to this tour early in the morning.

I did the Wild by Design tour in Feb and it was fantastic. Long though, the tour started at 9am and ended at 1:30pm. It was really interesting going into the control room of Mission Space, and under the Test Track while doing the backstage events. Only issue was the was no lunch, snack or water given as with other tours: unfortunately I was not prepared for the non-supply of water, since it was my fourth tour in six days and the only one that did not give the participants water (or coffee for those who drink it) at the break time. Plus break was 15minutes behind the coffee shop by the fountain. Good thing it was here as I got into Station Cool to try the free Coca Cola drinks from around the world.
But I digress: the Wild by Design tour is really good and the pin you get is great also.

It is limited to guests for the AKL concierge rooms, but the best tour at AK is the Sunrise Safari. It is a great tour. You get the see the animals the first thing in the morning and the tour guide is one of the docents who really knows the animals.
