What age is best for a trip?

We've been 3 times in 3 years & are planning to go again in 24 days!! Our daughter was not quite 2 the first time we took her & she has loved it ever since! It's turned into yearly treat, with this trip being unexpected (we're going along w/ my hubby who will be off at corporate training for part of the time).

Your age child sounds the perfect age, but it all just depends on each individual child.

My family and I have been to DW twice. Once when I was 7 and once when I was 9. I thoroughly enjoyed both trips and was facinated by everything. I had a wonderful time and can still remember magical moments from both trips!

Exactly what I was going to say! If you want to see her dressed up in a princess dress, now is the time! And don't be afraid to rent a stroller if she gets tired.

For us, we learned that the best age was YOUNG...like 3. EVERYTHING was magical for dd. My other kids were 5,7, and 11 that trip. They had fun too, but definitely were more picky about what they wanted to do.
