What about the rest of Dec 2006

As DCL have not posted all dates for December 2006 yet,do you think they may have plans to announce another 10 day Christmas cruise or are they always later in annoucing the December dates? Just wondering as we would love to do a 10 day Christmas Cruise.

I'm as anxious to hear as you! Not only would a Christmas cruise be extra magical - I'll be turning 40 on Boxing Day, 2006!

I was looking at the 2006 calendar trying to figure out what they would do. I'm also waiting for the Christmas schedule to be released. I know that right now, the last 7 night booking they have scheduled is 12/9, so that would put the Magic back into port on 12/16. If they scheduled a 10 night cruise for Christmas, that would bring them back on 12/26. I guess their options after that would be to do a special 4 night sailing of the Magic from 12/26-12/30 and then get back on schedule with their 7 night New Years cruise. Or they could just continue on with their regular schedule of 12/9-12/16 , 12/16-12/23 , 12/23-12/30 and it wouldn't interfere with any of the holidays. If I had to guess, I think I might lean towards the 10 night of 12/16-12/26 followed by a special Tuesday-Saturday 4 night Magic cruise. That would tie in with anyone that wants to do the land/sea package and be at WDW for Christmas and then the cruise afterwards.

I guess we'll just have to wait a little bit longer to find out.

I believe that this year's was due to both Christmas and New Year's falling on Saturday. This way, the port staff can have the day off and at the same time, offer something special.

Isn't it regular sailings for '05?

Now, they may spice it up since the '04 sailings seem to be popular.
