What about Restaurant Akershus for breakfast?

I want to make an ADR here during our trip the first week of April around 9:30. Is there a separate entrance at Epcot for people to get in before park opening for dining reservations? My parents will be with us, so I want to make sure there will be enough time to walk over to Norway to get there on time.

If we have to wait in a long line for the 9:00 opening at Epcot, we'll have to plan on getting there a bit sooner.

Its not a seperate entrance, but its the entrance in the middle and there is a sign saying Character Breakfast entrance only. But you must have a reservation cause they do check.

You just go into the main gate with everyone else. Also, make sure that you factor in the long walk from the gate to the Norway pavillion. We were a little late getting to the restaurant (Poor Grandma doesn't walk that fast!), but after a brief wait got our seats.
