well this week started like any other boring week!
but lots has happened.
tuesday-my neighbours house was on fire, i didnt know until a fire engine pulled up followed by another one 5mins later.
luckily it was just the garage that got most of the damage- its intergrated so bits of the house were affected but luckily the new extension theyve spent the last 6 months building isnt too bad.
after the fire was put out, the fire men came and got my son and let him have a go on the hose.
thankfully the neighbours are all ok. it started by the husband having a smoke before work and putting the butt in the garage bin- didnt put it out properly. um um um!
theyve no boiler or fuse board- luckily he's a plumber so he's had all his building mates around all week to repair the damage.
wednesday- we went to pick up my sons electric wheelchair, been struggling to get this for the past 5 years. very long story!
we got there waited for 30 mins, then the guy came out and said.......
....i just wheeled it out and the battery is totally dead.
i just cracked up with laughter! yes its frustrating but the whole situation is a joke!
im not surprised, the chair had been there for over a year. we were waiting for the switches for son to operate the chair. now they have to get a new battery! plus the switches they got were wrong and the brackets needed for the chair werent fitted. so even if the battery was ok, we couldnt of taken it home!
friday- so with ending the week on a happier note, my youngest sis went into labour and had a baby girl weighing 7lbs 15 oz and called her Aisha Morgan
cant wait to see them both, though they live miles away. not going till october.
hopefully i can get someone to send me some pics.
