Ahh. . .sorry, disregard then. Glad you found it funny, though, even if I'm not sure why you did or what it explains.
ETA - I do have to say I think that the neighbor who is filing the lawsuit is being ridiculous - but maybe I just don't understand all the possible liability issues involved.
