Me, that is.
When I was in the post office yesterday, the woman in front of me had started to put together the large Priority mail box, but the clerk told her to use the smaller one. (She was only sending something small.)
With my "quick thinking" I remembered that someone here said they'd cut down shipping boxes to store card stock. So I asked if I could have the box since she'd already started to write on it. The clerk looked at me dumb & said "They're free anyway. Just take a couple."
So I quickly grabbed 3 thinking I could empty one of the 4 tiny drawers I'm using to store my scrapping stuff. (Funny how 2 months ago when I snagged it I thought I'd hit the motherlode & had plenty of room!
) Anway, I just sat down & did the first one. I'm soooo bummed! It was the FedEx boxes, not the priority ones. It's not big enough for the 12x12!
Evidently the exterior dimensions are 12x14, not the size you can put in it.
ETA: Never mind.
Only one of the boxes didn't work. It was the "Flat Rate Box" which is smaller. Fortunately, I did pick up 2 that are slightly larger. They were all in the same bin. How would you know?
