I'll post my thoughts on the houses late Friday night or Saturday morning. ;)

We will compare notes and thoughts.I will be doing the RSVP Friday so dont know if I will see ya in the holding area..

you won't be disappointed.

i was thisclose to voting for wolfman
it was between that house and Cleaver for me.

all the houses in soundstage buildings are usually fantastic.

I am gonna go with the Wolfman. :thumbsup2 I´m really looking forward to props and lighting, decorations for this house.

For the SAW house, I want to see if they use any of the utensils and traps we´ve seen in the movies. Looking forward to that as well.

In Cleaver, for lots of cannibalism and gore. Probably lots of distorted body parts, guts, and blood, everywhere.

I´m not too sure about Dracula and Frankenstein. I never found Frankenstein scary.

For Chucky, I grew up watching these "not so scary horror flicks", so I think I´ll simply "enjoy" this house.

For Spawning, I really want to see these "Sculders".

and for Silver Screams... I don´t know, I guess I´ll see a compilation of monsters from movies.

Guess I´ll find out this Friday!!! :cool1:

I have the map from the passholder flyer. Here are the approximate locations of the houses:

Silver Screams - next to E.T.
Chucky - near the Barney area...could be a tent house
The Spawning - beside MIB...tent house
Saw - Jaws queue
Leave it to Cleaver - in the Disaster queue
Frankenstein - sound stage house
Dracula - sound stage house
The Wolfman - sound stage house

Anything else I can tell you?

i have the map from another hhn site.
i'll post it here later.

Frankenstein, dracula, wolfman........all in the sound stage

i bet they will be the best this year.

I am hoping to post something Friday night after the media event, depending on when I get home. I just can't wait to go through the houses! Then we hope to be back the following week with our Frequent Fear passes to get all the little details with some repeat viewings.

I thought the same thing. But in 07' LeatherFace was my biggest scare of the year-yes he got me real good-and that was in the Disaster queue.

Honestly, I could care less about the straight-out movie themed houses. Despite my dislike for the houses previously in the venue, my vote went to Leave it to Cleaver because it sounds like it could be quite fun.

I'm heading out there tomorrow (Tuesday) for the TM Preview! I'm most looking forward to Saw as well.

HEY EVERYBODY, would appreciate detailed reports on the houses, :worship: from the set design, what's in the sets, any characters that are original (I realize most have themes this year), props or gadgets that are original etc.

I'm in the Halloween biz, doing a big halloween attraction in my area all through October so I can't go. :sad1:

Chucky is in a tent! :thumbsup2

I wonder if anyone can guess which I voted for. It could be quite difficult, especially since my siggy gives no clues at all. :rotfl:

That's the million dollar question. This is about the only time of year when I receive anything from Universal.

Ha!

Just got some coupons for early access to Chucky (5-6:30) and preferred seating at Bill and Ted.

First time I've ever gotten anything from them.

I can't wait to hear ALL the details!!
I read somewhere that 2 houses are open for those who do the stay and scream..anyone know which ones they are? I am mistaken?
TIA

Stay and scream is on Park ave.So I'm thinking 2 of the soundstage houses.

I look forward to them all but I voted for Saw. I was burnt out on the series after part 2 but I'm pretty sure that walking through that maze could be pretty trippy and disturbing. Sounds good to me.
