What’s open at 10 am?

What is open at park open (10 am) and what is closed? I know Sesame Street tends to not open until later. Are there animal areas that open later?

When I have been, it has been the park opening at 9 AM, but with limited offerings. At 10 AM, everything opens up, including Sesame Street.

When I went last month, Manta opened with the park, but Pipeline opened an hour after. I think most animal exhibits open with the park.
