A medical appointment changed the day’s menu around. Didn’t get around to marinading the meat until late afternoon so setting the pork tenderloin aside for tomorrow.
Made a tuna Niçoise salad with a lemony vinaigrette for a change of pace tonight.
Thankfully we moved into an airbnb last night. Our house is a total dust disaster. Our first airbnb meal tonight was grilled tomato and cheese sandwiches with Muenster and provolone.

I had leftover honey lime chicken. I made DH chicken cutlets with the other half of the pack from last night. Should be enough for dinner tonight and a sandwich for lunch tomorrow, Rolling along. One more day to go before we are down the shore.
Last night was salmon, sautéed veggies for me and noodles for DH. Leftovers for lunch for me today (and probably tomorrow) because the kids didn’t eat and I made too much.
Tacos tonight. Ground beef. Youngest DD doesn’t believe tacos made with anything else should be called tacos. She is going through her first breakup and is struggling so I am catering to her a little bit. It’s the little things.
