I've been browsing Main Street Megastore and I find the prices are beyond nuts. All of the items that happen to be obtainable outside their site are usually 20% to 30% elsewhere. That's not the question. I can just go somewhere else to buy those items.

The question is: are their prices lower, the same or higher than the stores' prices in WDW parks/resorts? I'm talking about price after shipping, of course.

The reason I'm asking, for example, I want to buy Mission Space T-shirt and it's being sold (incl. shipping) for around US$40 whereas a T-shirt from Canadian Disney Store is around US$10.

IMO- their prices are very inflated- if you see something you want- call Disney merchandising and have them send the same thing for the real price.

I agree their prices are VERY inflated. Almost everything I looked at was at least double the actual retail price.

You can order any WDW merchandise (other than food/candy) at WDW Mail Order Sales, 407-363-6200. I don't know about shipping charges to Canada, but for shipping anywhere in the US you have a choice of methods (ground or various expedited methods) and fixed fees (one for purchases up to $100.00 and a different fee for $100.01 or more).
