These stupid cookie's just are not hardening...whats the deal?

Measured correctly, they're on parchment paper, on my raised racks on the dining room table...been there for close to 2 hours.

House is 70-72 not sure if that has something to do with it, but i have no room in my fridge.

HELP!

It usually means that it didn't boil long enough. My recipe says to boil for one minute and I don't start timing it until it comes to a rolling boil.

After two hours they are as "set" as they are going to get.

I have the humidifier in the kitchen. Before that when I did my no bakes they would be fine. Now that I have the humidifier I can never get them to set right. I am not positive, but I think the humidity is wrong for them. I gave up making them.
Sorry your luck was no better.

Humidity will affect it. You need a temperature controlled confisserie. ;) Humid wreaks havoc all on kinds of things - like trying to roll out a decent pie crust.

Can you put them in your freezer?
