AKL is amazing, the ambience, the restaurants, the pool.....we will definitely return there at some point. The hotel is so beautiful, on our first morning i walked around the empty lobby with my son looking around, crossing the bridge and looking at the pool, even had a little dip with our feet as the sun was coming up....priceless
We didn't have a car and found getting around ok, we are only hiring a car on our next trip because we are staying in a villa.
