We've Already Done Hats Around World Showcase - What's Next?

Last year my family and I took a photo in each World Showcase country wearing a different hat from that country (Viking horns, fez, etc.). Now this year we need some ideas for this time around WS. What kind of unique photo ops could we try for each country?

Stop at the Kid places in each country and take a photo with the Cast Members there.

Desserts Around the World is fun to do.

So is Drinks Around the World depending on the group.

So are birthday traditions, although not as easy to do in every country, but much less fattening!

You read my mind!!!!! My boys did the hat pictures last year and I made a collage with them all that I LOVE! It's a wonderful souvenir and cost nothing but the price of the frame (had a fee collage credit at one of the online sites!). It gave them something to do as I got to poke through the shops around the showcase. I was trying to come up with a new idea for this year and coming up blank! Don't really want to do food/drink. It's in August and no one wants to eat or drink that much at once! I wonder if there's an icon for each country--kind of like the castle, Spaceship Earth, tree, ears (although not anymore) at each park. Is there a particular spot for each country? Although they really had fun going through the shops looking for hats for each country. Maybe coffee mugs? Stuffed animals?

Can't wait to see what you all come up with!

how about finding a mickey or Minnie stuffed animal dressed as each country's "costume" and posing for a pic?

Mmmm, that may be an option. Also like the flag idea. Keep 'em coming!

My son colors his Duffy bear at a kidcot station and then we take his picture with that at every country. We do it every year so it's fun to see how he's gotten better at coloring, as well as getting bigger.

When are you going? If it's during F&G then you could do someting in front of a topiary in each country. Many of our Duffy pictures are in front of topiaries.

OP here. Our trip was last week and we ended up going with the glass/mug in each country. The boys had a blast finding something fun to pose with!
