I dvr'd it..haven't watched it yet..but one of our good friends dog was in the show. His name is brodie (toy dog division). :thumbsup2

Just amazing some of the coats on these dogs. I thought the Golden had it.
I love the way the dogs carry themselves they seem so happy.:)

I really thought he was going to pick the flat coated retriever as one of the finalists. So far I haven't called one right :rotfl:

I agree, the dogs all look happy--like they love to perform!

Anyone else get teary-eyed at the Pedigree shelter commercials?

I havent picked one right in two nights.

The Pedigree commercials - is that David Duchovny's voice? They are sad but I hope effective.

I just took a break from the Olympics to try and catch the Sporting Group and saw the Brittany win! Woot! For all my years watching I have never seen my breed win. I have a Brit and she is just such a love. I am so glad I saw this thread earlier today. Otherwise, I somehow didn't realize this was on.

Oh, and I agree on the shelter commercials, can84. I feel so bad for those animals.

I hope they are effective! I'm not sure about the voice--I'm going to have to pay more attention to that!

The Brittany is gorgeous! Seems like a fun dog

I know this is going to sound terrible, but that Dogue de Bordeaux looks remarkably like my ex-boyfriend :confused3

And after today's wonderful weather my hair looks remarkably like the Komondor's :rotfl:

Congratulations Sadie.:dogdance: Nice show. :)

:thumbsup2

He couldn't go wrong with anyone he picked!

I hope everyone gets to go next year! :goodvibes

YAYYYY! Sadie the Lady Scot took Best in Show!!!:cool1::thumbsup2
She is a top notch Scottish Terrier.

Our Scotties our great family dogs. They are not so superior and aloof as often said of Scots.
Bridget who is 11 was barking at the tv cheering on Sadie. :happytv: and Benji...well he raised his eyebrow, yawned and fell back to sleep on the couch.

All the dogs were awesome. Altho I am not a huge whippet or toy poodle fan. I thought the dobie or brit spaniel might take the big prize tonight. The french bulldog reminded me of a funny little alien. ;)

btw we have had 4 Scottish Terriers... 3 have been rescues, Jack from the San Jose Shelter, Angus and Benji from Scottie Rescue.. and Bridget... well we found out that she originally was bred at a puppy mill. All of them have been beautiful, loving family pets!

Your pictures are great! I showed my husband and he said, OK next year! 'm holding him to it.

Did you go again today? Still there maybe?
Thanks for sharing the pictures. :)

No we had school and work on Tuesday so we couldn't go in again.
