Westgate

I'd say of all the resorts ive been to that westgate takes the cake lol. They have a pool for almost every villa block. They also have mini golf, swan boats, paddle boats, arcades, and bicycles. When u come to westgate they have a welcomers brunch and a tour thru out westgate and u get a free lunch. Their resort is much more different than other resorts because u an litterally buy a villa and live there. They are also adding a town center and from westgate u can see disney. Westgate has great deals on disney and other fun parks and shows. Overall i would give it 5 stars.

A lot of people say they would never go to any Westgate Resort because of the extremely high pressure sales tactics. Most advise to run as fast as you can from Westgate.

They do have high-pressure sales...which is why I'm an owner after a visit w/ my ex-H when I was only 19 years old. Even the bancruptcy court didn't want to buy me out. So, I paid it off, and we use it once a year for our Disney trip and with the lock-off features we rent out the other 2 weeks every year and have other Disney-holics pay our taxes and maintenance. Whenever I send guests, I call let the resort know that they will NOT be doing a presentation! And I let the guests know that they have the right to refuse the "free breakfast/lunch" as it's a sales pitch.

There are many posts at the DIS about rude salespersons and how they are relentless in getting customers to buy the timeshares. Personally, I would hate to waste a morning listening to the spiel, even with free food.
