Looking at doing a 4 day, 3 night timeshare for Gatlinburg in Oct for around $149 total, but, I'm a little skeptical with giving them my credit card info.

Anyone ever done one of these?

Westgate is a large corporation with lots of timeshare properties. I do not think that they will do anything nefarious with your card. However, the presentation that they will make you attend will be very hard sell, and don't think that it will only last 90 minutes.

Run Run away fast as can. I heard about Westgate horror stories make not want take a tour at all.

We've stayed at two different Westgate resorts at WDW--both were very nice and we had to endure no sales spiel. (Granted, we were there on an Interval International exchange.)
If you're getting the rooms in exchange for listening to their spiel, be VERY cautious.

I've done their "spiel" 3 times. No one can make you buy something you don't want to buy. Just check the time and at 90 minutes stand up and end it.
