Westgate Resort Villas

Has anyone stayed or booked at the Westgate Resort Villas in Kissimmee ???? What are your pros and cons ? We are looking to book a couple of days there because we want to stay near Universal Studios.

YOu might want to look on a map. This resort is no where near Universal. Its a 30 minute ride to Universal on a good day but more like 40 minutes normally

have you booked or stayed there and if so what would your advice be....we know it's not close but we're looking for a place with a water park for the little ones.

Oh because your post said you wanted to stay closer to Universal. There is a Holiday Inn 5 minutes from Disney and much closer than that hotel to Universal about 20 minutes from Universal and it has a water park. Its a newer hotel. Opened 5 yrs ago. Almost all the hotels in Kissimmee that are not a major chain such as a Hilton or Marriott are not ones you would want to stay at. Most have bed bugs and are unclean. Not to mention this is a high pressure timeshare resort you will be forced to attend a presentation. So be prepared spend 90 minutes listening to the sales pitch
