i have a ton of questions.
1. key west-do you have to book the trolley in advance or do they run all day long
2. what time does the sun set and where is the best place to watch it from
3. any recommendations for what to do on Grand Cayman
4. anyone feedback on fury catamaran
5. are there any recent takers of the romance at sea package

You have to go to Stingray City!
My wife and I go everytime we visit GC (Two times in the past- One cruise- One not). We will be on Jan. 31 Western and have made plans with one of the "founders" of Stingray City, Captain Marvin. Go to www.captainmarvins.com and see more about his tours. Usually excusions to Stingray are PACKED. Captain Marvin limits his group sizes, is cheaper than ANY similar excusion and will pick up and drop off very close to the pier.

After an ad like that I'm asking him for a discount.
