Not sure if this is the right place for my question, we are looking at a villa that is on Indian Creek on a street called Oneida Loop 2517, the villa backs onto the Western Express 429 toll road, there is a wall that can be seen from the villa.

Will this be a busy toll road, it comes off the I4 and goes right up past orlando central.

Thanks for any advice you have.

Toll 429 (Western Beltway) is not busy. It is also quite new.

Traffic up fron the south from Tampa via I-4 to Disney will almost always use World Drive (the first Disney exit) which comes after (north of) 429.

Otherwise, 429 is only of use to traffic to or from due north or the northwest of Disney. To or from other directions, other roads are more direct.

The crossroad at the Disney exit off 429 is now Western Way both east and west of the interchange. Hartzog Road which runs further to the west is closed and might reopen only as a private road through a development now under construction.

The northern part of TOLL 429 up near the Turnpike is much busier than the southern part where that rental property is located. Nonetheless, there is traffic on the road and you'd hear it....definitely. The wall can only do so much and sound will just go over it.
