Western Cruise Excursion or on your own recommendations

Trying to decide what excursions or what to do on our own for the Western Cruise. Any suggestions?

Grand Caymen was a bust. We did the Land and Sea tour and it was like that Kodak commercial where the cab driver zips through Italy!

There are some great excursions offered there, Atlantis Submarines are pretty cool, the beach horseback riding is incredible, beaches are great....there is a great snorkeling guide on there as well... I'll suggest starting there
