Hi,
Looking to book a family oceanview verandah on the 7 night western Caribbean on Treasure.
Is there a preferred side of the ship to get better views arriving and staying in ports?

Appreciate any guidance and if anyone has stayed in a family ocean view verandah with a specific cabin number please comment.

Thank you.

I sailed on the Treasure, in room 10616 (starboard). The views at the three stops were not as good as the port views, except at castaway where the view is way better on the starboard side. I will say the views at two of the other ports weren’t bad just not as good. The third view was of the water.
I personally thought the views of castaway made missing up for missing the views at the other ports.

We were on the January 11th sailing in a starboard cabin. In Cozumel we were on the ocean side with no real view of the shore. In Grand Cayman, where the ship does not actually dock we had a view of the town, but that will depend on which way the wind is blowing. In jamaica we were on the ocean side with views out over the coastline. I don't think being on the other side of the ship would have been any better. On Castaway Cay day we were pleased with the view of the island from the starboard side.
