Hi,

The new road that cuts through Indian Creek in Kissimmee - could it be used to visit Disney if staying at IC?

Anyone know which roads on IC the Beltway cuts through?

Duh me! IC is Indian Creek! I would say Sherberth Road is the best way to get to WDW.

Yes Indian Creek ;) we know about Sherberth just wondered if this was an alternative.

I was wondering the same thing in the case of staying at Formosa Gardens. Also, when driving from the north is it better to still get off the FTP at 27 or use the Beltway? :drive:

The intersection with the 192 (the closest one to Indian Creek, et al) will be next to Publix; and Western Way (Disney's road which connects with it), brings you into WDW between MGM and Blizzard Beach, so I can't see any benefit in using it for the Formosa Gardens area sub-divisions (unless you need to pop into Publix on your way home!).

Once completed, it will definitely make more sense to use the Beltway when travelling from the Turnpike.

The Western Way is not open south of 192, and I do'nt believe it will be for over a year.

It is a limited access highway, and I don't believe there will be an entrance in Indian Creek.

For now it's only useful to those traveling from the FL Turnpike southboud to WDW.
