West Coast transfers?

I am asking this for a friend who will be on a west coast 7 night cruise this summer.

There is a lot of them traveling and it's less expensive to book their own transfers. They are trying to find a company that will also have car seats available for their 3 yr old twins so that they don't have to lug them out there.

Any suggestions on transfer companies from orange county (John Wayne) airport?
