I just got off the phone with a DCL Rep who answered some of my question regarding the June 4th West Coast Cruise. I thought I would post the questions and answers as they might help someone else.

What nights are Semi-Formal, Formal, and Pirate Night?

Not confirmed until we get navigators on the cruise. Semi-Formal and Formal will depend on dining rotation. The rep did not give any hints about Pirates or any other Special Night.

Have the times for arrival and departure from the ports changed from what is listed on the Web Site?

Port times rep gave me are the times listed on the web site. As far as the times and the excursions, the rep advised me if the excursion is booked through DCL the ship is guaranteed to be there at the time you leave and the time of return.

We booked directly through DCL. When should our documents arrive?

Documents should arrive 10-14 days prior to the departure date of the package you purchased. So, since we purchased Disneyland prior to our Cruise and it is all booked through DCL, we should get our docs 10-14 days prior to our Disneyland arrival.

What time can we board the ship?

The ship will begin boarding at 1:00. All passengers must be on board by 3:30.

What time will we be picked up from the Paradise Pier Hotel (or any Disney Hotel) for transfers to the port?
Busses will begin departure for the port at 10:00am and will leave every ½ hour until 1:30.

Less then 3 months to go. :cool1: Let the countdown begin!

I don't understand her answer in regards to the formal and semi-formal nights...I can understand them not knowing yet which night they want to have them...but it really has nothing to do with what rotation you have....the formal and semi-formal nights are the same night, no matter what rotation you have. Hmmm...very interesting answer.

O.K. so are these the departure times:

PV 7:00
Maztlan 7:30
Cabo 3:30

When I called the CM a month ago they told me it was:
PV Pv 5:00
Mazatlan 5:00
Cabo 3:30

I'm trying to plan non DCL excursions and need to know our departure time.
Help!!! somebody.

We just paid off our cruise and I just received a receipt from DCL and on it is the itinerary saying PV and Mazatlan are 5pm and Cabo stays at 3:30pm. If I were you I would plan on the early departure and if we end up later then all the better. :earboy2:
