Were we smart?

Just this am we booked a room at the POFQ with a AAA discount. We have been waiting for new codes but were getting too impatient. We were told that POFQ was already open for guest that there was no waiting for March 21st. Our trip is planned for the last 10 days of May.
1. New codes may be out by then but can we still use them and upgrade or apply them to these reservations?
2. We've never stayed at POFQ will we like it ? We loved CB and CSR was good. We've never been to POR.

It's our favorite on-site hotel! We love it there
My son (15) and I have been there twice before and we're booked for May 11th. I'm so glad it's open! We've been to CBR and CSR too. They were nice, but they are no PORFQ! The FQ is alot smaller than those two, and that's what we like about FQ. We used the boat alot to DTD, especially at night. It's nice. The pool is awesome for kids. You'll love it. Have fun!
