Were they supposed to charge our card ?

I made a reservation for Hop Dee Doo and had previously gone through the whole "book reservations using my dining plan" thing... yet they still charged our card $197.
Weird thing is I did the same thing for CRT and never got charged. Our CRT reservation was booking using our platinum package though, while HDD was with our free dining reservation. Maybe that's got something to do with it ?

Anyway... what do I do now ?

Call the dining line and ask them to reimburse you. If they say they can't ask to talk to a supervisor...it CAN be done.

Yes I booked Hoop-Dee-Doo for December using my dining plan credits and my card was never charged....so yes it can be done.

It seems to be hit or miss as to whether the system will let you book using the dining plan or not. I ran into that this morning trying to book Mickey's BBQ. I guess I'll have to call to book because I don't plan to tie up $300 when I should be able to book using my dining plan.
