Were there any free dining offers for Jan 07?

Wow, it's been a long time since i've been on here!
Can anyone tell me if there were any free dining plans for Jan 07?
I am trying my hardest to figure out a way to afford a trip for Jan 08 and was hoping maybe if they offered free dining in 07, they will do the same in 08.
Not sure if i can convince DH without it!!!!

Sorry, there was no free dining offered in January 07 or 06. Only in August and September. We were thinking about going again in January or early February too.

No, free dining has only been offered in Aug/Sept of 05, 06 and now in 07.
